It's Crazy

Do you ever look back in the past and look at where you have been and compare it to where you are now? Do you ever think back to your past views and opinions and wonder why you ever thought like that? On my runs is when I usually think about what I want to blog about. This mornings run was no different. It's crazy to think that....

• my freshman year of college I thought I was going to pass out when trying to run 1 mile. Now I am less than 2 months away from running a half marathon.


• I use to think that all children who spoke spanish should only speak english when they enter school. Now I think that these children should learn english but still be able to speak spanish, whenever they please. It is part of their culture and who are we to take that away from them?


• I moved to this town 4 years ago and in one month I will be moving away. I am beyond excited for the next chapter in my life but will miss this town (ehh, maybe).


• come next December, I will be a job hunting, bill paying, full on adult. Woof.


• as organized and clean as I think I am, my room/bathroom/whole house is a complete disaster. Thank goodness the boyfriend is coming this week...gives me a reason to clean.


• no matter how great and easy going your life can be, there will always be times of craziness. It's in those times where we realize that life is unexpected, exciting, and worth living for.
